Dr. Jeremy Smalley is an orthopaedic surgeon serving Salem, VA and the surrounding community at Virginia Orthopaedic. Dr. Smalley has numerous areas of interest within orthopaedics including:

Dr. Smalley obtained his undergraduate, summa cum laude, from Berry College in Rome, GA and earned his Medical Doctor from Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine. He performed his residency in Orthopaedics at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC and then completed a Fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at Johns Hopkins Medical Institute in Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Jeremy Smalley and his family love spending time outdoors together. He enjoys paddling, biking, sailing, climbing, carpentry, cooking, reading, and smartphone app development.
